I think we need to recruit heavily at TE. I think we need 2 with this offense. CI will be gone after this season. I want to be able to run the power I down peoples throat. Go GAToRS
What is everyones elses opinion of how will the Offense run a little different than last season. What will we see that we didn't see last yr. Go GATORS!!!!!!!!

Some insiders say we will land Orson Charles, but I don't see it, though we are right in the mix.

Desmond Parks is all but commited, and may be one of our next commits. Darion Howard really likes us. If we were to offer, he would probably commit on the spot.

Then there's Orson Charles. Im uneasy with our chances, mainly because he doesnt say much. Miami leads for some reason, which befuddles me because they are an awful team with 3 TE's already commited. Right now, i think Charles is just saying Miami leads just because he is a fan. I really think we lead with Georgia in second.

Miami's fans don't particularly care for Orson Charles. They don't like that big DT from Miami (Loury) either.

That just makes me hate them more if they get Orson.

We still use TEs???

Charles is headed to UGA IMO. Don't get your hopes up.

Parks was all Gator at one time, now I'm not so sure. I think the Howard kid from Iowa is a distinct possibility. There is Gabe Holmes from STA as well.

Yes, and you'll likely get to see some of it this season, with a 2 TE set.

Hernandez and CI in the passing package. Down on the goaline, it will probably be Casey and Hernandez to block.

I have no inside info but I would have to believe that Orson won't be making a decision until closer to NSD. I really think he is pretty open to the 3 teams mentioned above. What it will come down to is 1) how the TE position is utilized by each team and 2) TE depth on each team. Right now I would say we are the most attractive team as far as depth is concerned. All we have to do now is use the hell out of our TEs this year which I doubt anyone would object to doing anyways. If we do that, I say we have an excellent chance at landing Charles.

^Lets hope so. Your right when it comes to depth. We will have one guy under scholarship after this year. And we do use our TE's more than any of the other three.

Actually I haven't spoken to him about TEs in a while, but a month or 2 ago he was confident in Charles, but I'm not sure about now.

Do every Gator fan a favor (mainly me ) and ask him soon.
