Friend talked to a St. Thomas Aquinas coach the other day and he said Joyner is hands down the best athlete to ever play at STA - ever. That goes back to Brian Piccolo days to Michael Irvin to a host of great athletes who've played there. My question is: Where do we stand with this kid? Do we have a legitimate shot?
We hav ea shot, but if he doesn't end up at FSU or Ohio State I think most of us will be very surprised. The flip side he has supposedly picked up his interest in UF recently, but i am not buying it.
Joyner is a three horse race and UF is now in second. OSU has been a leader for him for a while, but we have made up ground. Meyer is in love with Joyner's speed (he was at the STA/Byrne game). We are ahead of F$u now. Tallahassee is a mess and I would be surprised if he went there. If today were NSD, he would be a Buckeye, but Ohio is a lon way from Florida. So we have a shot on him IMO.
Who is John Galt??
