But... Does anyone have a link for the audio to the game?

I don't think the game is being broadcast on radio, at least not on Yahoo.

Steal by Macklin leads to a transition dunk by Tyus. 20-3 Florida

The Gators look agressive, fast, athletic, muscular, and tall. It is an incredible contrast from the last 2 years.

Boynton hits a 3, gets fouled and nails the FT...9 points already.

Macklin backs his man in with nifty footwork and lays it in across the lane.

Kadji with GREAT defense, like he did last season, sticks with his man and gets the block, then blocks out...textbook.

Murphy with a rebound, takes it up and gets mugged, but fights through it, scores and 1. He looks solid...great fundamentals, solid build, and very tall.

That's good news for UF then. Honestly, I have a soft spot for Gator Basketball and I have a great deal of respect/admiration for Billy D. I can't hate the guy. Beating a program of UCLA's stature to bring home the state's first college basketball crown should have made every true Floridian proud, college allegiances aside. This state underachieved in basketball for too long and I feel like Billy's success at UF raised the bar for both the Noles and Canez. Any future success we have in college basketball should be thanks in part to Donovan's trailblazing efforts. So, I hope he's finally filled his gaps after nearly leaving for Orlando and is ready to compete with UT and UK again.

That said, I have my doubts about this team. But then, like some of the Gator fans on here have said, a lot of people doubted that 05-06 team, as well. So, just gotta see what happens.

ummm...who are you and what did you do with CaneThing???????

The only team that can beat Florida is Florida (Think about that for a second).

Boynton is a stud. He's sitting a lot to get Tishman and Shipman minutes. They need the practice more than he does.

Boynton and Walker are going to be a nasty combo on D for us. Boynton is relentless ... he will give any guard trouble moving around (he's suffocating), including John Wall.

I am far more excited about basketball this year than either of the last two seasons. Can't wait to see Boynton on tv.

Mark Wise sounds great on the radio feed. It sounds like he has his health back and is feeling great. It's reassuring to hear him calling the first Gator game of a new season with such enthusiasm.

Boynton follows with another 3.

17 for Boynton. Boynton may be a 20 ppg scorer this year.

Boynton, freshman, setting the pace on defense. Love it, rest of team better step up. A freshman leading by example. Did I say I love it?

Shipman is 0/3 this half. The kid is not a shooter.

*edit* But he just slammed one in from a pass off the baseline!!

A Boynton and Shipman lineup will shut down any backcourt in the country. If Shipman could shoot...

Kadji with 4 fouls, but playing good D, good fundamentals, blocking out, hands up on D and moving his feet, and showing good conditioning (not fading late in the 2nd half, despite getting a lot of minutes). I'm impressed so far.
