If I was nick saban I have to be thinking that L.S.U is gonna load the box and make McCleroy(spelling?) throw to win! So how do I make sure we have room to run later in the game? I throw the ball early with play action to julio jones! most people run the ball to open up the pass and I believe that Bama is gonna have to throw early for ingram and upchurch to have room to run. Expect early play actions, early screens to slow down whats going to be an aggressive L.S.U. defense to soften them up and then its pound time to ingram. Bama wins big I believe they cover the spread and it sets up a we all know HUGE BCS showdown SEC championship game. We win of course and this is how,
we play man to man because we have the personell to do so which will open up a mixture of blitz packages causing McCleroy into quick passes and early turnovers. Turning into short field position and early points. |

Les Miles will win this one by going for it on quite a few 4th downs. This is the type of game Saban always loses. LSU will win this game. They might lose to OleMiss next.

I don't know the op said but I got the feeling around lunch today that the title is correct. I just think bama is gonna come out pissed off for dropping a spot while having a bye week
which sucks for seccg ticket prices. |

Dude, if you're like the spell check for GatorSports then you should have put a period after "room" and capitalized the "I" in "it's" and (Again!) put a period at the end of the sentence. But if you Are the spell checker for this site then could you look over Dooley's stuff before he posts it? I like the guy but sometimes...... lol ![]() |

I have no doubt that LSU will load the box and Bama will try to pass. This game will be decided on Bama's ability to pass which is unproven. That's exactly what LSU wants and needs. LSU has no chance to win this game if Ingram runs effectively. ZERO. They have a good secondary that matches up well with Bama's pedestrian passing game. That strategy is the only chance LSU has to win. They must force Bama out of their devastating running game or they will lose. They'll play the run all night long except for obvious passing situations. High Altitude Gators ![]() |

If they don't beat LSU by a margin larger than 13 - 3, 26 - 6, 39 - 9 or 52 - 12, they don't do what we did.
PLUS... they are playing them at home and not Death Valley like we did. It will be interesting. |

LSU has a very decent secondary, some say it's the most talented in college ball. I think LSU's chances weigh heavily on the safeties. These are the guys who have to play the pass and also the run. If they play excellently then it puts preasure on Alabama. And the LB play on the run needs to be on top for LSU. If these two spots for LSU dominate I think LSU wins going away. The rest of their D is decent enough to contain Alabama IMO. |

Wow, it makes so much sense. The problem is that he can't do that. McCelroy just looks for Julio Jones and that is it. LSU is going to force him to pass and make mistakes. This is what the past 3 teams have done to them, and Bama is lucky to have 2 wins. ------------------------------------------ The Gator Sports Board .com - for Gator Sports news |

I wouldnt say lucky to have 2 wins. I agree with you guys if L.S.U can prove early that they can match up with the passing game then the game falls into L.S.U's favor. Then they will be able to dictate the game and pin their ears back. The only problem is can they score? Alabama's defense is nasty, mcclain is a beast. I think for L.S.U to win it's going to be chip away cip away cip away, be on the plus 50 percent side of 3rd down completions and they are close.

Bammer will have a helluva lot more trouble getting the W in Starkville next Saturday than they will against LSU.

Here is all you need to know: LSU has the SECs WORSE OFFENSE...period. Bama has a very very good defense....end of story.
LSU has a worse offense than Vandys, UKs, Miss St, UGA, USCe etc etc Shepard isnt quite ready to explode yet...but he will be a star soon.....then LSU will have an offense. Jefferson is not the answer. |

How do you feel about someone's grammar being corrected? I only think LSU will win because I want them to. UF will win the SECCG against either team, but I'd rather play a different team in the championship game rather than have a rematch. That's also why I'm glad that Oklahoma and Ohio State are out of the MNC equations. |
