Texas still has Missouri, OK State, @ Texas Tech and @ Kansas. Texas will stumble.
Penn State visits Ohio State in 2 weeks. That should take care of Penn State. If we take care of business, pOSU will stay in our rear view mirror. Texas Tech still has to play Texas and OU. Texas Tech is not a concern. We win the SECCG, and Bama will be taken care of. I think we jump OU if we win out regardless if they run the table. In the end, I still see USC v. Florida in the Championship. I am SaltLakeGator and I approve this message. ![]() ![]() |

I see B12 vs SEC...Tx/OU vs AL/UF/Uga?...
But again, Psu is the wild card...they have the ablity to really mess things up. Undefeated and they're in...loss in Columbus and...I don't even want to think about it.. |

Considering the flop by pOSU the last 2 years, it will be a big controversy if an undefeated Penn State goes in over the SEC Champ with 1 loss. Outside of pOSU, they play no one. I am SaltLakeGator and I approve this message. ![]() ![]() |

If OSU beats PSU, then I have a feeling the voters would want to put OSU in the title game.

Penn State will roll OSU.....
LSU linebacker Kelvin Sheppard said, “That’s as loud as I’ve heard any stadium since my time here, basically ever in my life.” |

Unless something REALLY weird happens, a one-loss OSU or USC team will NOT make it in the BCS game ahead of a one-loss Gator team. PSU might not lose this season. The OSU game is the only one I can see them even coming close to losing. Thank God that game is in Columbus.
If PSU goes undefeated, they're in. I don't think any Big 12 team will run the table, giving us the inside track to the other spot in the BCS game if we win out. That would be quite an interesting matchup, but I think we would kill them.

As much as I hate to say it, I dont see us jumping over USC. Both teams lost to an unranked team. I still think pOSU is the best team in the Big 10, which is not saying much. pOSU has looked good since the USC game. They barely squeaked by Wisc, but who has Penn State played? Maybe Wisc, but that is not saying much either. I dont see how anyone can say Penn State is that much better than pOSU. I think with the game in Columbus, pOSU will take care of Penn State. I sticking by my pick in August:
Gators vs USC in Miami. In August 2006, I posted: Gators vs Ohio State in the desert. |

I can easily say that Penn State is better than OSU. Penn State has obliterated pretty much every team they've played. OSU didn't even muster an offensive touchdown AT HOME against Purdue. Also, take their performances against Wisconsin into consideration. OSU needs a last-second touchdown, and PSU had their scout team in by the end of the game. We're only a small margin of votes behind USC right now. USC has absolutely no signature wins ahead of them, as they are playing all unranked teams. The best team they have left is Arizona, who just lost to Stanford at home. We have Georgia, Vanderbilt, Florida State (currently receiving votes in the top 25, who knows how their season will go), and potentially Alabama in the SEC championship. If we beat all those ranked teams, there's no way in hell that USC is still ahead of us at season's end.

thanks to florida and LSU the winner of the SEC (assuming they have 1 or no losses) will make the National Championship game. I then see the big 12 champion(again assuming they have 1 or no loss) making the championship game. unless Penn state runs the table, in which i case i would be glad to watch an SEC team destroy a big 10 team in the natinoal championship again. big to make a prediction.

Penn State plays nothing like OSU. Their won't be any controversy if they are undefeated. Also, you have the Joe Pa factor and that will be a compelling storyline. |

Remember...this is college football. The game isn't played on paper. A lot of people on this board thought we didn't have a chance to beat LSU, but we came out motivated and looked like a different team offensively. Don't be surprised if the Penn State - Ohio State game ends up being like this. |

I said back in August FL - USC we win 24-17
56-10 26-3 30-6 30-31 38-7 51-21 63-5 49-10 42-14 56-6 = 441 - 113 |

I really don't know who wins the PSU-OSU game, but if PSU wins, the only semi-tough game left after that is MSU, but they get that game at home. The OSU game being in Columbus makes it a lot tougher for PSU. If PSU is undefeated, they'll be in the BCS game without any doubt. At this point, that's the only BCS team in the country that I think can finish the regular season undefeated. Alabama will lose somewhere along the line, as will Texas. The road is too tough for them to not lose.

Run the table and beat the #2 or #1 team in the nation Bama in the SECCG and we are in.
Now actually beating UGA Vandy Cocks and SOS FSU Bama would be nuts. That is still a very tough list of games so I am not so sure we can get through that without a loss. If we did beat all these teams there is no possible way we don't get in. I just don't see a 2 loss SEC team making it this year, which is sorta sad seeing what a 2 loss SEC team did last year... playoffs anyone? |

But can a one loss SEC team jump an undefeated Big 12 team? |
