Hope you're saving your money, because our bet is still on. For everyone else, Jtrip is an ND fan and I bet him $100 that Meyer will NOT leave UF for another college this off-season. NFL is a push. |

Although ND could afford UM, why would he leave the ease of recruitment to a paradise vs a tundra in the winter. Why would he leave the best conference in lieu of a independant when the talk of a playoff is in the air. I like how many of these trolls joined this forum and claimed to be Florida fans for months and months, despite making numerous passive-agressive negative comments, before finally being outed as rival fans. What a lame thing to do.

Urbs has already blown through a conference with MAC-level talent, although there is a pretty good argument that a couple of MAC teams have better talent than ND.
In other words, he has "been there, done that". He won't be returning to the minor leagues any time soon. At UF, the big games are the SECCG and BSCCG. At Notre Dame, Navy is a big game. |

BTW loved that Gameday comparison of Navy and ND since 2003. Navy with more wins, more bowl wins, more bowl games, and higher ranked.

Maybe we can have a logical debate for once. I'm asking a serious question. Do you really think the pressure and fan backlash would LESSEN if he went to Notre Dame? It seems to me it would double, if not triple. Don't you? If he's going to leave for Notre Dame or anywhere else, it's not going to be because of fan pressure. He's going to get that anywhere, because he would be considered an instant savior anywhere he's goes. He's built up that reputation for himself, whether he likes it or not. ___________________

11 of the past 12 national champions have been from the SOUTHERN HALF OF THE COUNTRY! GET OVER IT! It is not greener there because Meyer would win ZERO championships at ND. His team would be way less talented,slower and would get smoked by southern teams. Meyer is not stupid, he wants to win NCs, not coach a slow no talent team to a blowout loss in a BCS game that they shouldn't be in the first place. This is why Meyer choose UF over ND in the first place. Florida is loaded with talent while Indiana has zero talent. Btw, go check ND's board out. They are calling for Charlies head. To act like ND puts no pressure on their coaches is retarded. |
