The greatest player of our era, Titletown, Heisman and all it's attention, superman comparisons, cover of sporting mags, and the constant interviews. I can't remember a college football player who ever received this much attention.

If anyone can handle it, it's Tebow, but you've got to think this is going to cause him to slack a little or have it at least go to head. This time last year people were saying he couldn't throw.

All the attention has to be tough, and I can't wait to see how Tebow performs this year in spite of it all. Also, reading the article on the front page of this site makes me proud of Tebow the human being, and really thankful that he is a GATOR.

That was a great article especially the part about the little girl and the autograph. Great job by the Florida officials in handling that. Bill King on Rivals radio this morning said he has been going to SEC Media days for years, covering Peyton, Danny and Emmitt and never saw anything like he saw with Timmy yesterday. He said it was like a presidential entrance into the hotel with security and the lobby crammed with people.

I don't think I've ever seen a kid that I believe to be as mentally tough as Tebow. And I don't think there has ever been a kid that will work as hard as Timmy to live up to the hype. I can't wait.

The arcticle on the front page is one of the best written about Tebow yet. Cool

Meyer said the pandemonium was so thick in New York during Tebow's Heisman hoopla, people were mistaking Meyer for a bystandard. "I love it when I was getting pushed in the back by security in Times Square," Meyer said. "Physically I was getting pushed in the back because they thought I was like hanging around Tim trying to get an autograph or something. I hate to say this, I was. I wanted to get a Christmas present for my son."

I just hope he doesn't let it get to him on the field. After all, if there is a player with a bullseye on him, it's Tebow.

The mom posted pics and her story on another board. This is pretty cool for Emma.

Great for Emma!!

While i think it's a great thing for UF as far as exposure, I too worry that it maybe too much and he will wear down.
