Is Tebow back in the Heisman race after everyone had counted him out?
Let's look at the list of players on most experts list before last night: Chase Daniel Sam Bradford Colt McCoy Graham Harrell Javon Ringer Max Hall Jeremy Maclin Charles Scott Tim Tebow Michael Crabtree First off, Harrell, Ringer, nor Hall will win the Heisman - you can count on that. We effectively eliminated Charles Scott last night, and Chase Daniel effectively eliminated himself by costing his team a game. That leaves Bradford (who also lost but played great), McCoy, Maclin, Tebow, and Crabtree. Tebow still has some big games left too. |

Well this was his first Heisman type performance this year. Now that is not to say he has played badly, but he definitely stepped it up last night. I really wish there wouldn't be any Heisman buzz around him this year, just don't think he needs the distraction. Lead the team to a championship, forget about Heisman. If we have to bring Brantley in at QB and line Tebow up at fullback to win a game, so be it. I think that would really rock by the way.
