It doesn't matter what color any athlete is. What counts first but often does not is the charcter of that person. This I say with conviction, black athletes are allowed more latitude than other playes of any ethnic group. I not saying it is right or wrong, it just happens. I also wished the heck that we coul just drop all this African American bit. It is gettin a little old.

The vast majority of American black athletes have nothing to do with being born in Africa. We sure as heck to do not use the term England American athletes, Ireland Ameican athletes or any other continent or country.
