what does there being a so called victim have to do with a crime being considered a felony or misdemeanor? Answer, nothing. He plead guilty to a felony gun charge, which anything involving guns is pretty serious. Thus he's getting a year in prison (the max sentence was over 3 years).

As I explained earlier I know about as much about Lil Wayne as I do Wayne Newton. My tastes run from the old House of Pain "Jump Around" to SNL's "Lazy Sunday" Beside it's pointless to argue old school rap against Lil Wayne. What's next ?
